Ailin (she/they) is an artist and astrologer currently located on Kumeyaay land.

She started her astrology journey in 2015 in psychological astrology then completed a two-year curriculum in at the Oraculos School of Astrology (OSA) in 2019 to further strengthen her practice. She was elected as President of the Aquarian Organization of Astrologers, from 2022-2024 before she moved to San Diego to begin working on her doctorate in Chinese medicine.

They pride themself in a time tested, grounded and practical approach. Their Pisces and Virgo placements allow them to fold in equal parts of the mundane and the mystical. They are available for 1-1 client work, team building events, astrology workshops, and freelance design projects.

The name Madguii is a combination of English and Chinese. Mad refers to the way one feels during a major life transition. It refers to life’s tendency to be more absurd than fiction—all reasons one may want to call upon an astrologer. Gui (鬼) is Chinese for ghost or spirit, and is often used to imply a mischievous nature. Together, they communicate staring into the dark unknown with courage and laughing alongside life’s absurdities.

The National WWI Museum and Memorial invites Ailin to join in a discussion on astrology and the role of the occult during World War I. Ailin also demonstrates how a predictive Aries Ingress chart can be used to foreshadow major global themes for the year ahead.
